We are working on a project where we are creating a tool as a sort of helper app that we can use to create an animation using HTML5/JS GSAP  and then export the animation with transparency for use on the web as a standalone file such as animated GIF, MOV or MP4 as a transparent layer in a video editing program. However, we are in the trouble with the video size with MOV format, we have tried some other programs such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxpIqbpKQV0 and http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/compress-mov-file.html but we failed with unknown reason.

any idea will be grateful
