Hi,

I am looking for transition and animation inspiration, especially rotating/dissappearing/transiting popups, windows and modals. Where would you suggest i can find some interesting effects that may be idea to copy or inspire? They dont need to be on codepen to easily watch code and edit it. If done with gsap it is even better.

Honestly, one of the best places to look for inspiration is CodePen. The fact that you can see how it works in a nice package is a huge plus, but, regardless of that, CodePen is an incredible showcase of inspiring work.

Other places to look would be

  1. Awwwards https://www.awwwards.com (I don't always agree with the awards themselves, but you can find some pretty good gems in there)
  2. A List Apart https://alistapart.com
  3. CSS-tricks https://css-tricks.com
  4. Noupe https://www.noupe.com (I used to frequent this often, haven't been there in a long time though)
  5. Dribbble https://dribbble.com (another good place to spark ideas, although can be a little infurating if you actually want to contribute)

Here's some places I have bookmarked. Obviously don't have to use the library, you can just recreate the effect on your own. Converting CSS animations to GSAP animations is good practice, too.
