Sorry you're having trouble. Yes - that is odd. Using 1.19.1, the inspector is showing the following for the r attribute.

<circle id="c1" fill-opacity="0.495442708" fill="rgb(143,39,139)" cx="83.5" cy="83.5" r="27.628615681406266,-5" style="visibility: inherit; opacity: 1;"></circle>

Using 1.19.0, everything works as expected. 

 

We'll have to have Jack take a look at this. For now, I'd suggest using 1.19.0.
