Hi all!

I'm new to GSAP - are studying it.

I found this example of the banner - http://gsap-banner.getforge.io/.

However, this banner needs to be redone. Said that it was necessary - "Need to size it down for adwords, and also make a few variations".

But please tell me, I don't know what I need to change in this banner?

I need to make changes - just tell me, please, what should I do and what changes to make?

Hi GearMobile!

AdWords accepts 150k .zips. How big is Your banner now? Why do You want to downsize an example? As I see - on the fly - it loads a few external libs, which is not allowed on adWords. You have to include them in your zip, except if they are hosted by google.

You can link these in your adWords banner in <script src=...> tags without increasing your ad's size:

Unless that banner was posted on Codepen or somewhere open source, you shouldn't take other people's work for real world projects.  If you do, you may be violating copyright, plus it's not really an ethical thing to do.

It's totally fine to learn from other people's files, but not to take/use/profit from them without permission.

In terms of downsizing though, the example you posted is all vector & super lightweight; something similar to that shouldn't be an issue to traffic through Adwords.

Hmm, the network transferred size of this for me is only 95.4kb, so you should be fine for AdWords.

The only problem I have with AdWords is normally I use the latest version of GSAP from the normal CDN or the DoubleClick CDN. However, it seems that the AdWords validator only works with whatever version is listed on this page:
