Why is this throwing "cannot find module "../TweenLite.js""?

I'm trying to use the scrollTo plugin but i'm having a weird issue. Using the latest gsap release. TweenMax is clearly there so i don't know why it is throwing this error? Does scollTo require TweenLite?

Yeah, it looks like you just have an improper directory structure, but it's pretty easy to fix with that post that Carl linked to (just set up a path in your Webpack config file).
