Help to animate trees

Hi and welcome to the GreenSock forums,

 

I'm moving this thread as I'm not sure that this is specific to banners or ad networks. Would do better in the general GSAP forum.

 

That said, it's a bit difficult to understand how you expect the trees to animate. Do you want the entire tree to lean at an angle? Do you want the trunk to bend? or just rotate the top leafy part? Does the effect need to respond in real time to wind changing direction and intensity? Depending on the complexity, I'm not sure this is something we can just solve for you. However, to get the best assistance and tips for how to proceed please provide  the following:

  • a detailed description of the animation
  • 3 or 4 images showing how a single tree should look in different states (light wind, strong wind, no wind).
  • a simplified SVG with nothing but the a single tree.

bonus points if this SVG is in a CodePen demo with some code that works closely to what you want
