Hi and welcome to the GreenSock forums,

 

Thanks for the video. My only guess is that something in the jQuery realm is fighting for control of the x/y values or causing the browser to mis-report them.

 

The best thing you can do is provide a reduced CodePen demo. Only include a single draggable button and the bare minimum of other CSS/HTML/JS code to replicate the problem.
