Hello,

 

  I have 3 circles placed horizontally, may be not in exact line. I want to draw a line to connect all 3 circles with effect like wave.

I have attached image below. I want that red line should keep moving with wave like effect.

Please guide me.

I am a little confused on the exact effect your trying to achieve?

 

Do you have a code example or some code that you a have tried so we can get a better idea?

 

Also we love code that we can test live. Providing a codepen demo example can help us help yo better:
