Hello and welcome to the GreenSock forums,

 

When you purchase a Club GreenSock membership you get access to all the tools in JavaScript and ActionScript (Flash).

A single license will cover all products.

 

Let us know if you need any more help.

Yep, Carl is exactly right (of course) but also please note that we're not actively developing the ActionScript version anymore because the market has very clearly shifted to HTML5/JS as a whole and we're aiming to focus our resources on serving the greatest portion of our customer base.
