autoscrolling feature of Draggable on Iphone does not work

I am having issue to get working autoscroll on my Iphone. IOS version is 9.0.0

This looks like a weird bug in iOS that only exists when the window is in an iframe (at least on codepen). I'm not sure of codepen is doing something odd, but if you shift over to debug mode in codepen, you'll see that it works fine. iOS Safari is reporting the window.innerHeight and document.documentElement.clientHeight incorrectly. I haven't found a way to force it to report it correctly either. And again, this only happens inside codepen's iframe view (as far as I can tell right now). Hopefully it'll work fine for you in your actual site/page/app since it won't be inside codepen's iframe view.
