Hey guys,

As you know from my previous thread here (http://greensock.com/forums/topic/12570-screen-tearing-with-tween-if-css-animations-are-in-effect/) I am wanting to use greensocket for a couple animations within my game.

You may use the code at no charge in commercial or non-commercial apps, web sites, games, components, and other software as long as end users are not charged a fee of any kind to use your product or gain access to any part of it. If your client pays you a one-time fee to create the site/product, that's perfectly fine and qualifies under the "no charge" license. If end users are charged a usage/access/license fee, please sign up for a "Business Green" Club GreenSock membership which comes with a comprehensive commercial license. See http://greensock.com/club/ for details.

My game will be free and users don't have to pay anything to gain access to anything.

But, I am going to have a microtransaction shop where users can buy cosmetic items like weapons, armor, etc.  So would I still need to purchase the license?

Thanks for taking the time to ask about this. Yes, microtransactions in your game would require the commercial license that comes with Business Green memberships. Hopefully you'll find that GSAP is well worth the price and makes you more profitable, but we're most concerned about having happy customers so if you're not satisfied within 60 days, feel free to request a refund and we'll certainly grant it.

Happy tweening and good luck with your game!
