can i using google app engine for this idea?

   

for my final semester project I was thinking about a 'WEB-BASED' application in 'JAVA' that converts 'PSD' LAYOUTS to 'CSS3'. (see the free Adobe Photoshop plug-in ). using google app engine .   Im i in the right way??
