Help with simple StaggerTo

Having a blast learning gsap. Thank you for your efforts in making this plugin so awesome.

 

I am trying to replicate the hover animation through Tweenmax but the pseudo elements are not animating. What am I doing wrong please.

you need to use CSSRulePlugin to tween css pseudo element : http://greensock.com/docs/#/HTML5/Plugins/CSSRulePlugin/
