I put one together based off animate.css:

could you tell me where is the line you set the animation sequence to object TimeLineLite ?

I only see the initialization of the object at the line TL[targetItem.replace(/[^a-z0-9\s]/gi, '')] = new TimelineLite({ onUpdate: updateSlider, delay: 0.4 });

it starts on 1219:

    assembledTimeline += '.to($("' + targetItem + '"), ' + animationDuration + ', ' + JSON.stringify(animationSequence) + ')';
  }
var tl = TL[targetItem.replace(/[^a-z0-9\s]/gi, '')];
  eval("tl" + assembledTimeline);

using TL[targetItem.replace(/[^a-z0-9\s]/gi, '')] lets me setup an object that can have multiple timelines inserted for each target item. It isn't the cleanest way, but it was what I did back then.
