The last tween in my split text example isn't tweening

Recommended Posts

The word Three should appear 3 times,  the last appearance of three should appear right after the last sentence that displays.

Try this: http://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/eNpJyV?editors=001

You will note that there are 2 from() tweens on words.three that have immediateRender:false applied.

To understand why that is necessary please read the following post starting where the word immediateRender is bold

http://greensock.com/forums/topic/11509-staggered-slidein-wait-slideout-n-times-and-then-slidein-first-item/#entry46812

Also, it seemed a little odd that words.three was split into chars and words, but there was only one word (the word three) and you were trying to stagger it.

No worries. I cleaned it up by changing the staggerFrom() and staggerTo() tweens to from() and to() respectively.

Tried FromTop on all the froms(or was it most)but didn't work.

Thanks so much, now I can go on to throw the holy hand grenade!

I also liked retropunk's example I'm saving both examples for future reference.
