disable "translateZ(0)" hack in v1.15.0

Hi,

is there any way to disbale "translateZ(0)" hack in v1.15.0 ?

Please check the codepen example in Chrome.

When I use v1.14.2 it looks cool, but with v1.15.0 scale looks very blurry on webkit based browsers.

Yep, or on a per-tween basis, you can simply add force3D:false: 

TweenLite.to(element, 2, {x:200, force3D:false});
