"-=" syntax for rotation no longer seems to work in 1.14.2

Using the "-=" syntax for a rotation tween no longer seems to work as it did previously in 1.14.2. Or, more specifically, it just behaves the same as "+=" as far as I can tell.

 

Here's a Codepen using 1.14.1 - the green square rotates the opposite way to the other two, as it should -

It seems to still work ok for other properties ("x" and "y", at least).

 

If I'm just doing something stupid, let me know, but I don't think that I am!
