What would you say is the closest penner equation to this css bezier curve?:

http://cubic-bezier.com/#0,1,.5,1

Does anybody knows of a tool/generator to to translate css bezier equations to an equation and/or back?

jamiejefferson made a tool that you can look at here: http://codepen.io/jamiejefferson/pen/sFDBe

However, I think you will get pretty close to what you are looking for based on our configurable SlowMo ease.

Here are some demos: http://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/kbJBm?editors=001

Might be best to delete all but one tween and play with the config params.

Here is an old article that explains how the SlowMo ease works and it contains a tool to generate eases using a visualization tool.

Its built with Flash but the syntax for js is identical.
