Hi Blake, I'm trying to achieve the water rippling effect you had in one of your posts. I know you can do it through GASP, however I'm using Adobe Animate and I'm not sure how to apply it.
It's best to just ask questions on the forum. Which ripple effect are you referring to? I've done several, and they use WebGL and shaders, so I doubt it would work Adobe Animate unless there is a way to do shaders, but I'm not at all familiar with Animate.
